Polyglutamic Acid is derived from fermentation biotechnology of soybean. It provides skin with long lasting moisturization and helps boost the efficacy of hyaluronic acid. Our formula includes 2 weights of Polyglutamic acid: One that leaves skin with a silky smooth finish to seal in moisture and the other to help increase hyaluronic acid efficacy.

How do Polyglutamic acid and Hyaluronic acid work together?

Hyaluronic acid is known as a holy grail that can hold 1000 times its weight in water, but pairing it with polyglutamic acid will boost the efficacy of hyaluronic acid and lock in moisture for all day hydration!

It’s our first-ever refillable moisturizer to help reduce CO2 emissions, conserve energy & reduce excess paper waste. The pod is sealed for freshness and made of 50% post-consumer recycled materials.

Not only is the packaging sustainable, but we source ingredients with a lower environmental impact when possible! The ice willowherb in Plum Plump is processed in a way that reduces water and carbon emissions. Any leftover material is utilized as compost to lower its environmental impact. While our Cosmos-certified blend of plum extracts uses all parts of the plum and is hand harvested by a family-owned organic farm in Australia.

Can I Recycle It?

If you decide this isn’t the moisturizer for you, the refillable packaging is still completely recyclable! Our shelfie-worthy jars are made with 20% recycled glass while the pods are made from 50% post-consumer recycled materials and both are 100% recyclable! Just rinse them after use and place them in your recycling bin. You know the inner plastic lid and metal seal that prevents your product from leaking? Make sure to recycle those too. Our cardboard cartons are made with a blend of PEFC-certified recycled paper, free of acids and heavy metal, printed with soy ink, and are 100% recyclable.
